Travel information
Check-In/ Check-Out
Your room is available from 15.00 on arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us so that you can fully enjoy your arrival and/or departure day.
Self Check-In
Check-in and check-out are convenient and fully automated via a kiosk system in the entrance area.
To check in, you will need the check-in number that was sent to you. Alternatively, you can also check in using your surname and departure date.
For personal requests, however, the reception of our sister hotel Alpensonne, about 500 meters away, is at your disposal.
Luggage storage
A video-monitored left-luggage office is located at the end of the corridor on the 1st floor. You can leave your luggage there at any time – even outside check-in times – so you can fully enjoy your arrival and departure day.
Arosa Card (Summer)
The Arosa Card will be sent to you by email on the day of arrival and is valid from the day of arrival through the day of departure. For bookings made through websites such as Booking.com or Expedia, we do not receive your email address—in this case, please contact us directly.
Arrival/ Parking
Arrival by car:
Our hotel is located approx. 800m from the Obersee in the direction of “Hörnli”. Follow the Poststrasse and you will find our hotel on your left.
Parking spaces:
There are 3 short-term parking spaces in front of the hotel for loading and unloading.
After check-in, you can park your car in the Hubelsee parking lot approx. 350m away.
Winter tariff: CHF 8.00/day
Summer tariff: CHF 5.00/day

Arrival by train:
When you arrive in Arosa, the bus stop is right next to the train station. Here you take the bus in the direction of “Hörnli”. Get off at the 3rd bus stop “Rathaus”. From here, walk down the main road for 50m and you will find our hotel on the right-hand side.
Dinner
For dinner, we look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant Il Primo Posto in our sister hotel Alpensonne – just 600 m away.
Breakfast
Breakfast times are daily from 07:30 to 10:00. The breakfast buffet offers various cereals, breads, rolls, croissants, Danish pastries, sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, Bircher muesli, yoghurt, fruit salad, orange juice, milk, water, butter, margarine and jam. Various coffees and teas are served by our breakfast service. Gluten and lactose-free options are available on request and we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Ski cellar
You can safely store your ski and snowboard equipment in the hotel’s own ski cellar during your vacation with us. The ski boot holders are heated so that you can get into warm boots in the morning.
