Bärenland is open daily from 9.00-17.20 in summer. Reduced admission with the Arosa Card.
The Arosa bus is free of charge. The nearest bus stop is uphill at the town hall, downhill next to the Coop approx. 150m.
In winter, the night express runs between Kulm and Prätschli from 7.55 pm.
Cost: CHF 3.00 per person. The bus can be stopped at any point by hand signal.

The Eichhörnliweg starts at the bus stop Zentrum – direction Hotel BelArosa or at the Weisshornbahn valley station.
The bikes can be stored in the ski cellar.
In the event of a fire alarm, please leave the hotel immediately. The assembly point is located in the parking lot in front of the hotel.
Breakfast is served between 07.30 – 10.00 in the restaurant.
At the end of the corridor on the 1st floor there is a free, video-monitored left-luggage office.
Hygiene articles
A dental care set consisting of toothbrush and toothpaste is available in the restaurant for a fee of CHF 3.00.

For a gourmet stop in the afternoon, we recommend Gadient’s Gnuss Puur. Fresh cakes and tarts are created daily in the in-house confectionery and in fine weather the sun terrace invites you to linger.
The Maran dairy is located at the end of the Eichhörnliweg, Maran bus stop. The milk from the four alps in Arosa is processed here directly into the best alp cheese.

Escape route instructions are located behind your room or bathroom door.
There are 3 short-term parking spaces in front of the hotel for loading and unloading. After check-in, you can park your car in the Hubelsee parking lot approx. 350m away.
Parking garage Brüggli
The Brüggli parking garage is located approx. 600m up the road and also has two e-charging stations. Winter rate from CHF 18.00/day, summer rate from CHF 7.00/day
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire house! Smoking at open room windows is also strictly prohibited! We therefore ask our guests to smoke only outside or on the balconies and to use the ashtrays provided for this purpose. If you smoke in your room, an additional cleaning fee of CHF 500.00 will be charged.
Umbrellas are available at the entrance. Please return them after use.
Our Restaurant Bullrian is open for you from 15:30. We are also happy to welcome you in our second restaurant Il Primo Posto in the Hotel Alpensonne from 18:00.
Reception at the Hotel Alpensonne is open from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm.
The Rhaetian Railway runs to Chur every hour on the 49th minute. With the Arosa Card, the journey from Arosa to Lüen-Castiel is free of charge.
There is a safe in your room for your valuables.

A shoe shine machine is located on the 1st floor in the stairwell. Further cleaning utensils can be obtained from housekeeping.

Our ski room is available for ski boots, skis and snowboards free of charge. The ski room is located next to the restaurant entrance, down the stairs, the first door on the right. The ski room is automatically closed from 22:00 – 07:00.
The shoe dryer is on a timer and operates daily from 06:00-08:00.
For edible and drinkable souvenirs from Arosa, we recommend Cindy’s Delikatessen on Poststrasse. Whether it’s schnapps from the Carmenna hut or Theo’s Röteli, sausage or perhaps a nut cake, Cindy has it.

The Innerarosa tennis court is open from June to September, daily from 8.00-22.00. For court reservations and tennis equipment (rackets and balls) please call 081 377 1718. Court rental/h =CHF 10.00, equipment CHF 5.00/person

Do you like it here and would you like to come back to Arosa at a certain time? Then we will be happy to take your advance reservation at reception.
You are welcome to bring your private laundry in a laundry bag to our hotel laundry, we will try to bring your laundry washed and ironed back to your room within 24 hours. You will also find the price list in the guest information.
We are happy to clarify for our guests which hotel is open for external guests on the desired days. Massages can also be booked through us.
