Your room is available from 15.00 on arrival.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us so that you can fully enjoy your arrival and/or departure day.
Check-in and check-out are convenient and fully automated via a kiosk system in the entrance area.
However, the reception of our partner hotel Alpensonne, which is about 500 meters away, is available for personal requests.
A video-monitored left-luggage office is located at the end of the corridor on the 1st floor. You are welcome to leave your luggage here so that you can fully enjoy your arrival and/or departure day.
At Hotel Quellenhof – Adults only – we warmly welcome all guests aged 12 and over.
Dogs are not allowed in our hotel.
Arrival by car:
Our hotel is located approx. 800m from the Obersee in the direction of “Hörnli”.
Follow the Poststrasse and you will find our hotel on your left.
Parking spaces:
There are 3 short-term parking spaces in front of the hotel for loading and unloading.
After check-in, you can park your car in the Hubelsee parking lot approx. 350m away.
Winter tariff: CHF 8.00/day

Arrival by train:
When you arrive in Arosa, the bus stop is right next to the train station. Here you take the bus in the direction of “Hörnli”. Get off at the 3rd bus stop “Rathaus”. From here, walk down the main road for 50m and you will find our hotel on the right-hand side.

Winter:
You can safely store your ski and snowboard equipment in the hotel’s own ski cellar during your vacation with us.
The ski boot holders are heated so that you can get into warm boots in the morning.

Cancellations free of charge are possible up to and including 14 days before the agreed arrival date.
Written cancellation of the stay 13 to 1 days before the confirmed arrival date: 100% according to the reservation confirmation.
Groups:
Cancellations free of charge are possible up to and including 30 days before the agreed arrival date.
Written cancellation of the stay 29 to 1 days before the confirmed arrival date: 100% according to the reservation confirmation.
To protect both sides from unnecessary inconvenience:
If you do not have annual travel insurance, we strongly recommend that you take out temporary travel insurance for the planned hotel stay.
If you do not have insurance in the event of cancellation, the entire cancellation costs must be borne by the reservation holder.
You can purchase your ski tickets directly from the Arosa Bergbahnen online store. The earlier you book your ticket, the lower the price!
The nearest ski lifts “Gondelbahn – Kulm” & “Weisshornbahn” are each approx. 800m away from our hotel. The free Arosabus takes you comfortably to the ski lift. Use the station “Rathaus” approx. 50m from the hotel.

You also have the option of booking a ski depot if you don’t want to take your skis with you to the hotel.
